First Proof
Each illustration is hand drawn by us, so please allow up to 10 business days to receive your first proof of your custom illustration (after we have received your reference photos). Your proof will be sent via email to the same email address used at checkout.Feedback
We want you to love your illustration, so one round of complimentary revisions is included to make sure it's absolutely perfect!Second Proof
If needed, a second proof will be sent to you within 2-3 business days of receiving your feedback.Additional Revision Rounds

Upon receiving your approval, your custom illustration will be emailed to you at the email address your reference photos are sent to us from.
