Introduction
Start by filling out our Custom Request Questionnaire on our website. Next, we’ll email you to schedule a phone call to review your form answers, options for your stationery and any initial booking questions you have.

Getting Started
Upon approval of your custom estimate, you'll be set up with your own online stationery portal (in Dubsado) that we'll use throughout the entire stationery process. A 50% deposit is collected at the time of booking.

Design & Printing
Sit back and relax while we ensure that every detail is addressed and handled to perfection. Once all pieces are approved, we’ll manage the printing process hands-on, ensuring everything looks just as intended.

Custom Proposal
Following the inquiry call you’ll receive a custom estimate based on your unique suite needs, add-ons and order quantity.

Wedding Design Consultation
We’ll present a style-board with inspiration images, colors, fonts and more! We'll also discuss your monogram preferences, timeline + unique add-on's, which will serve as a launch-point for your stationery and signage.

Assembly & Mailing
There’s no better feeling than watching everything come together at the end! We’ll handle all the fussy details, assuring each suite is perfect as they hit the post-office ready to arrive at your loved ones’ front doors.

Wether your a bride or groom-to-be (or a planner or parent inquiring on their behalf), please fill out the following questionnaire to begin the process and to receive your custom stationery proposal.

KIND WORDS FROM OUR COUPLES
Our base package includes the invitation + printed guest addressed envelopes, RSVP card + printed return envelopes and a details card which starts at $2,000 (price provided is based on 100 suite sets).
Most Berries & Blooms couples invest at $4,000 or above. Once we receive your Custom Request Questionnaire and have our initial inquiry call we'll be able to provide you with a more detailed estimate.

When should I order my Save the Dates and/or Invitation Suite?Ideally, we recommend contacting us to begin the stationery process one year out from your wedding date (and now more than ever while dates are booking up quickly and so far out). If you're interested in only booking Invitation Suites (not Save the Dates), we would recommend no later than 7 months out to gaurantee we can accommodate for your ideal mailing schedule.

When should my Save the Dates and Invitation Suites be mailed?We recommend mailing your Save the Dates out 6-7 months before your wedding date, and your Invites 2-3 months before your wedding date. If you're having a lot of out of town guests, a destination wedding, or getting married on a holiday week/weekend, we recommend sending your Save the Dates out 8-9 months before your wedding date and your Invites 3-4 months out. This will give guests proper time to prepare.

Is a deposit required to book?Yes; a 50% deposit of your estimated price is required to book with us. The remainder of your balance will be billed at the end of the design process on an agreed-upon date, prior to the stationery being mailed/provided. Final printed goods will not be mailed/provided until the remaining balance is paid in full.

How will my custom stationery process be managed?Each Berries & Blooms couple receives a personalized client portal hosted through Dubsado. All of your documents, proofs and important notes will live there during the duration of your stationery process. The client portal makes communication and the entire process seamless, smooth and almost too easy!

What paper options do you offer?We work with 4 mainstream paper vendors on a regular basis who all-together provide hundreds of papers that we have access to print on. We're accustomed to working with colored card-stocks, linens, letterpress cotton paper, hand-made paper, vellum, acrylic, kraft paper and more. If you're looking for a particular color, variety or finish, it's likely we would have a multitude of options to fulfill your needs.

What printing methods do you offer?We pride ourselves on offering a wide variety of printing technqiues to produce the best luxury stationery. This includes: Digital CMYK Digital White Digital Gold, Rose Gold & Silver Letterpress Blind Embossing & Debossing Variable data printing (Digital printing only)
