First things first, we want to get to know you! Start by filling out our Custom Request Questionnaire on our website. After we receive your request we’ll contact you to review initial pricing, ask any newly sparked questions we have after reviewing your questionnaire answers and schedule a consultation.
Consultation & Pricing :
During your consultation we’ll review a custom mood board that we’ve assembled for you along with your questionnaire answers, aesthetic, paper options, printing techniques and design. Following the consultation you’ll receive a custom estimate and stationery agreement tailored to your needs based on our consultation conversation.
Wedding Branding :
We’ll finalize a style-board that captures your wedding style to a T with inspiration images, colors, fonts and a custom designed monogram! Your wedding brand will not only serve as a launch-point for your stationery design, but can be used throughout the entire planning process to ensure your style remains cohesive and consistent.
Design & Printing:
Sit back and relax while we design your dream wedding stationery. We’ll ensure every detail is addressed and handled to perfection...and no need to fret – three rounds of requested revisions are included for free! Once all pieces are approved, we’ll manage the printing process hands-on, ensuring everything looks just as intended.
Assembly & Mailing :
There’s no better feeling than watching everything come together at the end! Next, assembly is completed bringing your stationery suites to life. We’ll handle all the fussy details like tying ribbons, stuffing envelopes, stamping wax seals and more, assuring each suite is perfect as they hit the post-office ready to arrive at your loved ones’ front doors.
Frequently Asked Questions
When should I order my Save the Dates and/or Invitation Suite?
We recommend contacting us to begin the process for your Save the Dates 8 months out from your wedding date – and 5 months out for your Invitation Suite.
When should my Save the Dates and Invitation Suites be mailed?
We recommend sending your Save the Dates out 5-7 months before your wedding date, and your Invites 2-3 months before your wedding date.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes; a 50% deposit of your estimated price is required to book with us. The remainder of your balance will be billed at the end of the design process on an agreed-upon date, prior to the stationery being mailed/provided. Final printed goods will not be mailed/provided until the remaining balance is paid in full.
How many design revisions are included in my estimate?
Three rounds of revisions are included for free in your estimated price. Any changes submitted at once is equal to one round of your changes – no matter the number of deliverables they pertain to.
What paper options do you offer?
We work with 4 mainstream paper vendors on a regular basis who all-together provide hundreds of papers that we have access to print on. We're accustomed to working with colored card-stocks, linens, letterpress paper, hand-made paper, vellum, acrylic, kraft paper and more. If you're looking for a particular color, variety or finish, it's likely we would have a multitude of options to fulfill your needs.

How will my custom stationery process be managed?
Each Berries & Blooms couple receives a personalized client portal hosted through Dubsado. All of your documents, proofs and important notes will live there during the duration of your stationery process. The client portal makes communication and the entire process seamless, smooth and almost too easy!
